By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

Because all Sunvex blinds are custom-manufactured to your individual specifications, special terms apply:

Customer Measurement Responsibility: You are solely responsible for taking accurate window measurements and providing correct selections (including width, height, color, mount type, control options, and lift style) during checkout. Sunvex is not responsible for products that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

Production Approvals: Once an order is placed and enters production, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Manufacturing Tolerances: Industry-standard manufacturing deductions (typically up to 1/8 to 1/4 inch) may be taken by the factory on Inside Mount orders to ensure proper fit and operation. Slight variations in color, texture, or grain (especially in natural wood or fabric products) are inherent to the materials and do not constitute a defect.

Color Accuracy: Digital screen displays may render colors and textures differently depending on monitor settings. We recommend requesting material samples prior to placing custom orders.

Pricing: All prices on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice prior to order placement.

Sales Tax: As a California registered business, sales tax will be collected on applicable orders based on state and local tax rates in accordance with U.S. sales tax regulations.

Payment Methods: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and authorized digital payment processors.

Shipping Scope: Sunvex ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping estimates provided on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Freight & Shipping Damage: You must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. If your package arrives visibly damaged or items are missing:

Note the damage with the delivery carrier at the time of delivery if possible.

Contact Sunvex Customer Support at support@sunvexblinds.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Provide photographic evidence of the damaged outer packaging and the affected blinds.

Custom-Made Products (Non-Refundable): All custom window treatments are made-to-order and are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, and FINAL SALE, except in cases of:

Manufacturing defects covered under warranty.

Shipping damage reported within 7 days of receipt.

A fulfillment error on our part (e.g., incorrect size or color built vs. order confirmation).

Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not commenced.

Sunvex warrants that custom window treatments will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase.

What is Covered: Internal operational mechanisms, tension devices, motors (if motorized), and structural components.

What is NOT Covered:

Damage resulting from improper measurement or installation.

Normal wear and tear, fading, yellowing, or discoloration over time due to direct exposure to sunlight or heat.

Misuse, abuse, alteration, or exposure to high-humidity environments (unless the product is specifically rated for high moisture).

Products measured or installed outside of our recommended guidelines.

Pursuant to California law, some components or raw materials used in window treatments (such as PVC, metals, or synthetic fabrics) may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. and California law, Sunvex and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, property damage, or installation costs) arising out of or in connection with the purchase, installation, or use of our products. In no event shall Sunvex's total liability exceed the actual dollar amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

Governing Law: These Terms and any purchases made through the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Venue: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

All content on this Site—including logos, branding, product photos, graphics, text, and design layouts—is the exclusive property of Sunvex and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
